Delivery Conditions

Domestic


Your order will be delivered -unless otherwise stated- to shipment 1-5 business days after after the bank approvel.

You will be notified as soon as possible, in case of a misfortune caused by us. For this reason membership is complete and accurate information is important.

The products that you order are sent to your address with Yurtiçi Kargo in an average of 3-7 days.  This period might be extended for a maximum of ten days, provided that the buyer is notified in advance.

Delivery times of speacial production and/or stock-out products vary according to the production time. You can get the necessary information from our scan by filling out the “Request for Quote” form on the product pages for delivery information and times of such products.

You can choose different billing and delivery addresses during the purchasing phase. In this case: The invoice is sent to you, the product and waybill to the delivery address you’ve choosen.

The products that you’ve purchased will be notified to you with a confirmation e-mail.

If the address and telephone are specified incorrectly, our company can not be held responsible for the delays that may arise due to this reason.

Abroad


Deliver times vary by country. Orders placed before 2.00 pm on weekdays are sent via DHL on the same day if there is stock.  

The taxes and fees issued by the buyer’s country authority in foreign orders belong the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Orders from abroad will be delivered between 2 and 14 working days and the cost of international shipping varies according to the country and product of the shopping.
