Warranty and Return Conditions
When you have a problem with your order, you might return the product after having the approval from our customer representative. Products returned without having the approval of customer representatives are not being accepted.
You can return your product in accordance with conditions specified below to “Samm Teknoloji İletişim San. ve Tic. A.Ş”, “Gebze Organize Sanayi Bölgesi (GOSB) İhsandede Cd. 800. Sok No: 802, 41400 Gebze-Kocaeli, Turkey” within 3 work days after having return approval from the customer representatives by completely filling out the Return Section of the invoice printout.
When you want to return your product, please give a prompt notice to firstname.lastname@example.org to not to hinder the process.
In return operations, “product price” is paid back within 3 (three) work days following the receiving of the product. Refund is going to be made online to your credit card in case you’ve made your payment with your “Credit Card”. In case you made your payment via “Money Transfer/EFT”, your refund is made to your IBAN number. The period of deposit of the refund amount to your bank account/credit card might vary depending on the processing time of banks. If you experience a problem during this process, we advice you to get in touch with the customer services of your bank.
If the product written on your invoice for your order and the product delivered are not the same as each other, you should notify to email@example.com with the photo of the wrong product along with your invoice within 10 working days after delivery.
After your application, you can send us the wrong product to us without paying shipping costs.
After the product is received by SAMM, it is taken under control. If no deterioration is detected in the product / packaging, according to the stock status of the product, within 20 working days (4 weeks), the correct product will be sent to your correct product address. This situation differs in case of not being in stocks.
