Calibration and Repair

If you would like to send your OTDR and Fusion Splice devices for repair or calibration from within Turkey, our technical team will provide the help you need. SAMM Teknoloji is an official technical service center for VIAVI Solutions and FITEL Furukawa Electric in Turkey.

All you need to do is the following:

• Download the Repair and Calibration Form to your computer
• Open it using a recent PDF viewer
• Fill in all the needed information
• Sign the form
  - You can choose an image (png/jpg) as a signature, or you can print and sign the form then scan it
• Send the form to s e r v i s (at) s a m m . c o m
• If you sign the form manually don't forget to send it with the device shipment.

*Please note that our calibration and repair service is limited to clients in Turkey.
